Named after my great friend and NOLA resident, Greg Schnabel. This New Orleans inspired pie has shrimp, bacon, andouille sausage, red and green onions. Instead of a red sauce, we use slightly spicy etouffee sauce.
One for the whole pie, or a different sauce on the left and right halves.
