Named after one of the worst movies I have ever watched. The giant claw starts with our homemade dough. We add our homemade BBQ sauce, chicken which we slow roast in our brick oven, bacon we fry in house , andouille sausage and fresh cut red and green onions. We cover it with five cheeses and add smoked gouda for good measure.
One for the whole pie, or a different sauce on the left and right halves.
